When I feel connected to ‘my-self’, I create. I feel my self belief, trust, purpose, intuition, my essence… it’s incredibly freeing.
My career path has created a deeply attuned instinct to art, design and transformational coaching. It’s taken me to fascinating, challenging, invigorating worlds of creativity, from working over the last 2 decades with world famous designers, globally, to harnessing my own artistic ability.
I’ve also had the pleasure to coach great leaders. This journey began in 2018 with my own need to feel happier. My daughter was one and I was struggling to enjoy what I believed I could.
Was I living fully or mostly coping?
I left McQ Alexander McQueen as Head of Print to have Elsie and suddenly I felt the importance of believing in yourself, because when I didn’t, she suffered and when I did, she thrived. Seeing the magnificence in her meant seeing the magnificence in me, in every being.
The purpose of being on earth hit me, what a sensational gift. Now If I could do what I creatively needed to do, it would show her that she could, wasn't this the biggest gift I could give her? This gave me immense courage to pursue the question ‘Who am I’ and my own creative solutions to the world’s problems.
It was then that I learnt that 90% of what we do is subconscious (the way we react, think, talk) and I started to personally explore how to understand and work with these parts of ourselves. I launched We-Resonate, sourcing and designing these amazing vintage silk dresses that not only bypassed the negative impacts of fashion, focused on what fashion and self expression could be. Joyful, story-full and precious.
Whilst ‘collaging’ these dresses I soon started paper collage and began to write ‘Create Your Intentions’, the first edition of my Vision board workshop. I found living with intention and this daily call of inspiration was not only soothing by catalysed very exciting life chapters. After more studying inwards and of many teachers, it became clear what I was seeking peace. Now, years later the goal may be peace but the tools needed is conflict resolution, which begins with compassion. Yet, it can be very hard to be compassionate towards someone you don’t agree with, and this started within my own mind. So there it was, starting with the conflict in our inner worlds, finding self compassion created a great capacity for compassion outwards.
Alongside, I gained the courage and confidence to do my own artwork and be selective with my design clients which ignited even more creativity. Art has become a great connection to the wisdom of inner work. ‘Beauty serves wisdom’ - Alain de Botton. Messages that heal reach much further when done with beauty.
I’m here to guide you to more inner peace and trust. To enable you to see the great wonder in yourself, your ideas, your ability and explore your possibilities. To remember ‘who your are’ and show up to create what you're longing for.
I’ve dedicated the multiple years to these questions, reconnecting people with their joys, purposes and intuition.

“When we are asking the world for peace, know, peace starts right here, in relationship with yourself.”

“Creativity is what happens when we are in connection with ourselves. With connection we create peace internally and externally.”

“Art is healing because it takes something unexplainable and gives us a silent remedy, a remembering of safety, trust and love, that we can go back to and gradually embody.”
— Lizzie Clark
How we relate holds the key to every conflict or block.
Supporting the development of this relationship in others is what I love to do. There are many different ways to coach and mentor, for me when I found Internal Family Systems (IFS) it made so much sense.
One client described it as cutting through 30 years of talk therapy.
It’s so powerful with the difference that IFS works with permission of your system, it’s a incredibly respectful way to get to know your inner world and because of this it leads to deeper trust and somatic relief. I practise Transcendental meditation and my own IFS work which has had the greatest impact on my ability to hold others.
I believe to the extent your coach/therapist has done their own inner work (shows up for themselves) is the extent they can guide (show up for) you.
How do we remember this wisdom?
Over time, IFS literally changes your nervous system in profound ways. On this journey, in the busy, distracting world we live in I believe we benefit from being reminded of our intentions and the truth about ourselves. This is where my own artwork began. Using prints, inks and text to create art pieces to adorn my walls and remind me daily of what is possible. Like the vision boards, we are bombarded with imagery everyday so it’s incredibly powerful when we curate what we love to look at and live life by.
