Working with Lizzie was nothing short of a revelation. I went in for a few business coaching sessions and came out with way more than I bargained for. I've trained in various therapy forms over the last decade and few are as quick and efficient as IFS. I'm continually amazed at how fast this modality can get to the root cause of any issue, but this doesn't happen without trust. Lizzie really does have an innate understanding of the sensitivity required to do this work and I've felt so supported and empowered by her approach. What's more, I've come away with a fresh understanding of my quirks and how to dialogue with them. After six sessions, I'm still asking myself, "HOW?" - so yes, I'd recommend everyone immediately books some intro sessions to sample some of this!
