In 2016 I suddenly felt the importance of believing in yourself, to show up for other people (my daughter in this case) I had to show up for myself. In seeing her magnificence, I saw my own and the purpose of our being on earth hit me. How do we live fully, savour every moment we are gifted and be part of nourishing communities. Little did I know how impactful this work is for creating my vision and for everyone I live and work with.
If I couldn't do what I felt the pull to do, how would she ever learn she could, wasn't this the biggest gift I could give her? This gave me immense courage to pursue this spark inside, the question ‘Who am I’?

A Remembering:
So I have learnt through trying and wanting, battling, identifying, training and practising, dedicating my life to this remembering, through explorations of ancient and modern practices. My transformational coaching takes seed from these endeavours, existing to reveal what is already inside of us.My answer? A relaxing in to self rather than an external journey to find the self, for the self never left.

yet most of us were not taught to listen or trust… so we remember, we show up, reconnect and live this magical life fully.

Why do this work?
For yourself - Your intuition is a guide you will never be able to predict or plan, it will direct you to what you are meant to be doing and you will need to courage to do just that. Then, what you are meant to be doing will bring you the greatest wealth (however you see wealth.. health, abundance, peace, happiness..).
For others - when we settle into ourselves we interact much more compassionately with others. When we acknowledge our magnificence, our gifts and capability we give permission for others to see their own. Fear, insecurity in self and lack are mainstream right now - here we learn to understand that and choose more wisely.

There are so many ‘how to’s’ available to us…however, when you harmonise the communication channels to access your very essence, this connection with self becomes effortlessly stabilising. This became clear to me having tried many routes to reach the pinnacle of ‘self discovery’ only to be left pondering what really is the pinnacle, where was it heading? Actually the pinnacle was always reached when I relaxed into myself again. My pinnacle was finding peace and I found it when I was in communication with my inherent self.
My purpose is to bring you peace and energy. Here are 3 ways to receive this:
Suggestion 1: Journal

Have a discovery call with me to see if we fit and my voice, approach and energy resonates with you. We'll discuss what you are seeking.
Before any 1:1 session you will fill out an intake form so that I can understand your background of self work and what you're needs so that you can make the most of your time.
During sessions -
I
- support you in a safe space to release into, be heard, alchemise stress and feel into visions.
- facilitate inner listening and relationship, most often creating a deep sense of safety, relief and freedom.
You are guided to:
- a tuning in to yourself with reverence.
- connect with Self belief.
It can be talking, with eyes open or eyes shut. There can be laughing and crying, both proven ways of releasing stress.

This depends on why you want coaching. I coach pepl for 6 weeks to years. Life s going to through things at us, especially as we grow, having a weekly or fortnightly session keeps awareness on what is being asked to be understood and healed.

Somatic means working with the whole body. This dialogue isn’t just with the narratives in your head which is called talk therapy or coaching.
What does it look like?
It’s different for everyone, please listen to above podcasts for live examples. My clients have their eyes closed when comfortable to do so. The effects of this therapy informed process causes yawns, big sighs, stretching as the body relaxes.
Do you have to move?
No. I invite you to sit or lie down whilst talking and listening to my questions and gentle guidance.
